You can exchange an item that you have purchased from Lucrezia Maria Monaca within 7 working days starting from the day you received your order. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you receive it.
In order to be eligible for an online refund, you have to return the product within 7 working days starting form the day you receive the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after working days, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
In both cases, exchange or refund, to return the product, send us an email at CUSTOMER@LUCREZIAMARIAMONACA.COM.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refundable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
